How the Research Desk handles the little data we touch. Last updated: September 2026.
Almost nothing. The Research Desk form asks for a name, an e-mail address, an optional company and role, and the content of your message. We have no accounts, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, and no analytics on individual visitors.
Submissions are used for one purpose: verifying corrections, reviewing contributed data, and replying to you. Your e-mail is never published, never shared with third parties, and never added to any marketing list. If you ask us to forget your message, we delete it.
Form submissions are delivered to the desk through Web3Forms and land directly in the editorial inbox (tio@luxury-st.com). They are not stored in a marketing database and are not processed by any ad platform.
Under GDPR and equivalent regimes you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have sent us, at any time, by writing to tio@luxury-st.com. We answer within 30 days.
Reports link to official statistics bureaus, tourism authorities and other third-party sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
